Al Ain Amblers netball teams train every Tuesday and Thursday and are open to social and competitive players alike.

There are also opportunities to compete and players can opt to represent the club in leagues and tournaments across the UAE and GCC, including social and invitational tournaments at home.

The senior team plays in the Active Netball League in Dubai every Monday night and there are also two regional tournaments in the season: the Dubai 7s, where the team has previously enjoyed success in the quarter finals of the competitive tournament trophy, and the Inter-Gulf competition, which will be hosted this year by Bahrain.
